than two decades of experience delivering ERP, CRM, and IT
transformation solutions for global organizations. My work
spans industries such as cosmetics, industrial manufacturing,
transportation, and supply-chain–driven enterprises—helping
companies modernize operations, improve process efficiency,
and build scalable digital foundations.
With deep hands-on expertise in SAP, Oracle, Dynamics,
Salesforce, and modern integration platforms, I have led
end-to-end technology initiatives across multi-country
environments, guiding organizations through system
implementations, migrations, architecture reviews, and
operational redesign. My approach blends technical insight
with practical business understanding, ensuring solutions that
are both strategically aligned and operationally effective.
Today, alongside consulting, I focus on producing thought
leadership—writing, publishing, and educating teams on the
evolving landscape of enterprise systems, integration
strategy, and IT service excellence. My mission is to help
